I am lucky enough to have been born knowing exactly why I’m here. I came out of the womb singing to anyone who would listen - New York City sidewalks were my first stage, stroller my first mic stand. Childhood meant begging my parents for every chance to perform, from brownstone stoops to black‑box theaters, soaking up the discipline of classical music and the electricity of Broadway. But after years inside other people’s scripts, I felt the ceiling: I wanted to tell my story. Songwriting cracked the roof wide open.
My goal is to create music you can step inside - raw storytelling delivered through my three‑octave vocal range, cinematic production, with bold, multimedia visuals that hit every emotion across all generations. Joni Mitchell taught me that songs can be entire worlds; Zach Bryan showed me that unpolished honesty, wielded with specificity, makes those worlds tangible. I fuse those lessons with my theatrical training, treating every lyric as intention and every note as stage direction, building sonic landscapes you can live in. As a classically trained vocalist and multi‑instrumentalist, I layer each track with the colors of whatever instrument best tells the truth.
Although I’ve been writing songs since grade school, I only began releasing my own work a few years ago. In that short span I’ve become a two‑time International Songwriting Competition winner - taking the 2023 Teen Category and 2024 Second Place (Unsigned Category) - placed second in Unsigned Only Songwriting Competition, and emerged as a three‑time semi‑finalist in ISC 2024. Those honors opened doors, but every new piece still begins the same way: with a spark of creativity, often a “shower thought” and a story that insists on being told, whether it arrives fully formed, subconscious, or by what feels like divine intervention.
Reception has been humbling, but my innate drive keeps the engine running. As of July 2025 the catalogue has crossed 6.12 million total streams, averages 200 000 monthly listeners, and reaches 150,000 social followers. My 240 videos have attracted 6 million views, and the songs now live on playlists followed by more than 16.9 million people.
I don’t make art for statistics - my mantra is create the best work and the right ears will find it - yet every number represents a real person who has opened the door to my world. Those connections combined with tenacity, grit, and vision drive me toward the largest stages and screens. I want these songs heard everywhere they can go, stadiums, homes, films, TV, phones, because I believe they will carry farther the more unapologetically I lean into what I love.
Activism isn’t an add‑on; it’s part of my creative obligation. I believe that art should serve, so I use my platform to advocate for universal access to arts and music education for youth and to press for meaningful gun‑violence prevention. Community service and good stewardship are how I pay rent on the privilege of having a stage. The wider my reach grows, the more room there is to invite others into that work - yet the heartbeat will always be the song itself.
There is no Plan B. There never was. I’m here to craft music and immersive experiences that become shared spaces - art large enough for all of us to enter, breathe the same emotional air, and leave our own fingerprints on the walls. Each song is a communal room: spacious enough to make it your own yet intimate enough to remind you that none of us is alone. For three or four minutes we coexist and co‑experience - feeling unmistakably seen, genuinely safe, and free to dream a little wider than we did before the first note played. ~ Naomi Jane
